our farm
  • Maple Ridge Farm, located in eastern Ontario, Canada, spans 330 acres and includes farmland, forests, and wetlands. The farm is home to over 5,000 century-old sugar maple trees. Maple Ridge Farm produces maple syrup and its derivatives, such as candies and maple cream, and enjoys high local recognition. 
  •  In 2018, the farm was acquired by the Chen’s, who extensively modernized the facilities. In addition to producing maple syrup, the team successfully developed maple sweet wine and high-distilled spirits, pioneering a new chapter in maple syrup brewing. Additionally, they added a 10-acre vineyard, diversifying the farm’s product offerings.
